Each of our group exercise classes offers something different – from Barre through to Box Skills, there are options to suit your interests and your schedule, no matter your level of fitness or experience.

Class descriptions

Abs XP

Hard core core! Push your body through a series of exercises to super strengthen your core muscles, and increase mobility and flexibility in this 20-minute class. Using a variety of equipment as well as ground based bodyweight movements, this class will give you the abdominal muscular fatigue that you are craving.


This class focuses on strengthening the core while working muscles in isolation to fatigue. Muscles are then lengthened through a series of stretches. This class is great for increased flexibility, muscle toning and improved posture.


They say variety is the spice of life and this class is sure to fit that bill! This fun and functional class uses stations and intervals to create a full body workout suitable to any level of fitness.


This challenging class is designed to take you out of your comfort zone and push past your perceived limits. Smash out an all-out one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.


Pilates is designed to improve your core strength, general strength and stamina, enhance co-ordination, balance, breathing, posture and concentration. Pilates will even improve your ability to relax and cope with stress in today’s fast paced world.


Pump is a 50 minute barbell and free-weight class designed to tone and strengthen your body from tip to toe. Using a series of high-rep exercises that target each major muscle group you can pump up your strength and condition your body to some of the best chart-topping tunes.


This is a unique opportunity to join a group exercise class and personally tailor your workout to your fitness needs. On offer is an intense 45 minutes of riding to challenge your body, mind and determination with a high energy instructor and the latest music.


Yoga is an ancient system of asanas (postures), which involves pairing movement with breath (vinyasa) to purify and strengthen the body and mind, and to increase flexibility. This is an active class which will provide a good workout and also calm and pacify the mind, leaving you feeling accomplished and relaxed.


Party yourself into shape! Latin-inspired, high energy dance fitness class that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. It’s fun and easy to follow so you wont notice yourself burning those calories because you’ll be too busy having a total blast!
