Our South Gym has a relaxed atmosphere – but this doesn't mean we don't train hard!

Timetable is subject to change. XP 'express' classes are 25-minutes in duration, all other classes are 50-minutes. Group exercise classes are free for members. Check facebook.com/AUTGym for class closures or timetable changes.
