Our Barre workout is one of the most fun and dynamic ways to sculpt a sleek and lean physique! An effective hybrid of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength-training, this class provides an intensive full-body workout that’s designed to tighten and tone from the ground up.


Butts, abs and thighs - the name says it all. Whittle your waist, attack your abs and trim your thighs under the guidance of our great instructors. No class is ever the same as another!


Dance is an addictive, fun and funky as funk dance workout. Dance will get you out and about, loud and proud and moving like you ain’t never moved before. No dance experienced required at all!


Join our gym instructors in this challenging cardio and conditioning class, designed to take out of your comfort zone and push you past your former limits. Using high-intensity sessions, quick transitions and short recovery periods you’ll get an extreme workout.


A challenging sequence of exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, & agility. This class will emphasize the development of strong core stability, breathing, flexibility and balance.


Feel the burn, make your muscles tremble, and kick start your metabolism with this full-body weight lifting class. Build your endurance and stamina by using low weights and high repetition. The ultimate fat-burning, muscle-toning workout.


Retro dance fit class will be taking you back to the 70s, 80s with some of the good old toe tapping tunes. A mix of low impact, high impact and dance based moves. Easy to follow & loads of fun!

Yogalates is a modern take on Yoga and Pilates, lengthening and strengthening your way toward a well deserved relaxation at the end of your workout. This is one 50 minute workout that will leave you feeling a great sense of achievement, leaving with a calm clear mind and a fantastic feeling throughout the body.


Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
