Each of our group exercise classes offers something different. There are options to suit your interests and your schedule, no matter your level of fitness or experience. Classes run for 15, 30, or 50 minutes — see the timetable for timings listed next to each class name. Abs ABS

Hard-core core! Push your body through a series of exercises to super strengthen your core, and increase your mobility and flexibility in this short class. Using a variety of equipment as well as ground based bodyweight movements, this class will give you the abdominal muscular fatigue that you are craving.

Abs AMPED

AMPED is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to challenge your limits while keeping things fun and achievable. It blends the endurance-building benefits of cardio with conditioning exercise. Expect variety, intensity, and a motivating group vibe that leaves you feeling accomplished.

BAT BAT

Butts, abs and thighs - the name says it all. Whittle your waist, attack your abs and trim your thighs under the guidance of our great instructors. No class is ever the same as another!

BOX BOX

A fantastic body conditioning and intense cardio workout. Punch out all your daily stress and burn a tonne of calories. Learn to jab like a pro and experience partner work with gloves and pads. Suitable for all fitness and skill levels.

Gym 101 GYM 101

The perfect class for gym beginners. For $6 a session, you will work with a PT to learn how to use gym machines and equipment, warm up properly, and follow a circuit workout. You’ll be feeling confident in the gym in no time!

Pilates Icon PILATES

A challenging sequence of exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness and good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility and agility. This class emphasises the development of strong core stability, breathing, flexibility and balance.

Pump PUMP

Feel the burn, make your muscles tremble, and kick start your metabolism with this full-body weight lifting class. Build your endurance and stamina by using low weights and high repetition. The ultimate fat-burning, muscle-toning workout.

Strength STRENGTH

Feel the burn and make your muscles tremble in fun and dynamic ways to sculpt a sleek and lean physique! This class is an intensive full-body workout designed to tighten and tone from the ground up.

Yoga YOGA

Find balance. With a combination of dynamic and relaxing poses, work towards depth from a place of surrender. Target your body’s energetic system and fascial tissue, and provide an opportunity to still both the mind and body.

Yogalates YOGALATES

Yogalates is a modern take on Yoga and Pilates, lengthening and strengthening your way toward a well deserved relaxation at the end of your workout. This is one 50 minute workout that will leave you feeling a great sense of achievement, leaving with a calm clear mind and a fantastic feeling throughout the body.

Zumba ZUMBA®

Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
