Abs XP

Hard core core! Push your body through a series of exercises to super strengthen your core, and increase your mobility and flexibility in this 30 minute class. Using a variety of equipment as well as ground based bodyweight movements, this class will give you the abdominal muscular fatigue that you are craving.


Our Barre workout is one of the most fun and dynamic ways to sculpt a sleek and lean physique! An effective hybrid of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength-training, this class provides an intensive full-body workout that’s designed to tighten and tone from the ground up.


An intense cardio workout; Punch out all your daily stress and burn a tonne of calories. Learn to jab like a pro and experience a non-contact boxing experience with our motivating instructor. Suitable for all fitness and skill levels.


Join our gym instructors in this challenging cardio and conditioning class, designed to take out of your comfort zone and push you past your former limits. Using high-intensity sessions, quick transitions and short recovery periods you’ll get an extreme workout.


A challenging sequence of exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates teaches body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility, & agility. This class will emphasize the development of strong core stability, breathing, flexibility and balance.


Feel the burn, make your muscles tremble, and kick start your metabolism with this full-body weight lifting class. Build your endurance and stamina by using low weights and high repetition. The ultimate fat-burning, muscle-toning workout.


Retro dance fit class will be taking you back to the 70s, 80s with some of the good old toe tapping tunes. A mix of low impact, high impact and dance based moves. Easy to follow & loads of fun!


In this group cycling class you will be guided through inspiring soundtracks that will lift your spirits, clear your mind and build cardiovascular endurance. This low impact but high intensity workout will leave you drenched in sweat yet motivated to come back for more! All levels are welcome.


A class with a mix of creative routines and a whole lot of rhythm based on and around the step. Our instructors carefully plan each class to a variety of music to provide fun filled choreography that is designed to challenge your mind and body.


Help your body recover from muscle tightness and aches by utilising a combination of dynamic and static stretches. Whether it be from day to day stresses, intense exercise, sporting activities or sitting at a desk, this class aims to release tension to get you moving freely.


Find balance. With a combination of dynamic and relaxing poses, work towards depth from a place of surrender. Target your body’s energetic system and fascial tissue, and provide an opportunity to still both the mind and body.


Yogalates is a modern take on Yoga and Pilates, lengthening and strengthening your way toward a well deserved relaxation at the end of your workout. This is one 50 minute workout that will leave you feeling a great sense of achievement, leaving with a calm clear mind and a fantastic feeling throughout the body.


Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
