My training service specialises in strength and conditioning. My passion is to help people improve their strength, movement & physical conditioning to build body that looks just as well as it performs.
While simultaneously building our strength and movement we are also able to properly pre-habilitate and re-habilitate the body, making it more resistant to injury and more easily able to withstand any physical demands. This applies to all levels of fitness experience – from someone who just wants to cope better with the physical challenges of everyday life, through to the athlete competing in their chosen sport.
Not only will I be working with you step-by-step to help achieve your goals, but my mission is to also help you learn more about your body and how you respond to training, so that you can ultimately become self-sufficient and create long-term change.
