I am currently finishing up a double major of Sport and Exercise Science and Nutrition at Auckland University of Technology. My hobbies currently consist of going for hikes and surfing, alongside some social netball with mates. I began training in the gym after some time away traveling -not sure what my next step in life was, but I fell in love with how empowering lifting weights made me feel. I’d love to motivate and guide more people towards reaching a higher level in their fitness journey, which they might not be able to attain on their own -in sport or general fitness.
